libbellesip0 software package provides SIP stack from the Linphone team, you can install in your Debian 8 (Jessie) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libbellesip0
libbellesip0 is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libbellesip0 package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libbellesip0 *
You will get with libbellesip0 package name, version, architecture and description in a table
